1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Fempire Noire, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any Fempire Noire materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase a membership or access member-only materials.
2. About Fempire Noire
Fempire Noire is a digital educational and professional-development platform providing members with educational materials, lessons, resources, and related membership benefits.
Materials are provided for informational and educational purposes. Membership does not guarantee any particular financial, professional, business, marketing, or personal result.
3. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, purchase a membership, or access Fempire Noire membership content.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or accessing member-only content, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Fempire Noire reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where this requirement is violated.
4. Membership Plans & Pricing
Fempire Noire currently offers membership levels displayed on the Memberships page. The applicable price, billing period, membership benefits, and recurring nature of a subscription will be disclosed before purchase.
Current advertised membership levels include:
- Brand Building Basics — $5 per month
- Magnetic Monetization — $10 per month
- Fempire Elite — $20 per month
Unless expressly identified as a one-time purchase, membership plans are recurring monthly subscriptions and will rebill at the disclosed rate until cancelled.
5. Billing
Payment processing for eligible Fempire Noire memberships may be provided by CCBill. Your payment transaction may therefore also be subject to CCBill's applicable consumer terms and billing policies.
You authorize the applicable recurring charge when you purchase a recurring membership. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership to prevent future recurring charges. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred for an existing membership period.
After cancellation, access may continue through the remainder of the already-paid membership period, unless access is terminated for a violation of these Terms or otherwise required by the payment processor or applicable law.
7. Refunds
Because memberships provide access to digital educational materials, payments for membership periods already purchased are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or where a refund is approved by Fempire Noire or the applicable payment processor.
Any approved refund will be returned through the payment method or process permitted by the applicable payment processor.
8. Member Accounts
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Accounts and membership access are intended for the individual registered member and may not be sold, transferred, published, or shared with another person.
Fempire Noire may suspend or terminate access where account sharing, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or another violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
9. Membership Access
Active members receive access to the materials associated with their applicable membership level. Available lessons, features, and resources may evolve as the platform develops.
Fempire Noire may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or discontinue individual materials provided that doing so does not intentionally misrepresent the membership being sold.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Fempire Noire lessons, written materials, branding, graphics, educational frameworks, downloads, videos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Fempire Noire and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the materials included with your membership.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, republish, upload, publicly distribute, or commercially exploit member-only materials without written authorization.
11. Educational Disclaimer
Fempire Noire provides education and information. Nothing provided through the platform constitutes legal, tax, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Business and financial outcomes depend on numerous factors outside Fempire Noire's control. No income, revenue, audience-growth, client, or business-performance result is promised or guaranteed.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Members may not:
- Share or sell account credentials or membership access.
- Copy or redistribute protected member-only materials.
- Attempt to bypass membership or access controls.
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Fempire Noire.
13. Suspension or Termination
Fempire Noire may suspend or terminate an account for material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unauthorized distribution of protected materials, abuse of the platform, or where necessary to comply with law or payment-processing requirements.
14. Availability
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to the platform. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security issues, hosting services, internet outages, technical failures, or circumstances outside Fempire Noire's reasonable control.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fempire Noire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or reliance upon educational materials provided through the platform.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the platform, membership services, business practices, payment processing, or applicable requirements. The effective date displayed above identifies the current version.
