1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation, recurring-billing, and refund practices applicable to Fempire Noire memberships and digital membership services.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
2. Recurring Memberships
Unless expressly identified as a one-time purchase, Fempire Noire memberships are recurring subscriptions.
Your selected payment method may be charged automatically at the applicable recurring rate and billing interval disclosed during checkout until the membership is cancelled.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize these recurring charges until cancellation.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring membership at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
Cancellation applies to future billing periods. Cancelling a membership does not ordinarily reverse a charge that has already been processed for the current membership period.
Members should submit cancellation requests before their next scheduled renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge.
To avoid the next recurring charge, submit your cancellation through CCBill at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal.
4. Access After Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, after cancellation you may continue to access the membership benefits associated with your paid membership through the remainder of the current paid billing period.
Access may be terminated earlier where necessary because of fraud, chargeback activity, account misuse, violations of Fempire Noire's Terms & Conditions, payment-processor requirements, or applicable law.
5. Digital Membership Refunds
Fempire Noire memberships provide access to digital educational materials, lessons, resources, and other member-only benefits.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Fempire Noire or the applicable payment processor, payments for membership periods already purchased are non-refundable.
Failure to use or access available membership materials does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after a cancellation that was properly completed before renewal, contact Fempire Noire Support promptly.
We may request information reasonably necessary to locate and investigate the transaction.
7. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned using the payment method or refund process permitted by the applicable payment processor.
Processing and posting times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, card issuer, or other provider involved in the transaction.
8. Payment Processing
Payment processing for eligible Fempire Noire memberships may be provided by CCBill.
Transactions processed through CCBill may also be subject to CCBill's applicable consumer, billing, cancellation, and refund procedures.
9. Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, we encourage you to contact Fempire Noire Support so the issue can be reviewed.
Fempire Noire may suspend or terminate membership access associated with a reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise unpaid transaction where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or comply with payment-processing requirements.
10. Membership Price Changes
Fempire Noire may change membership pricing in the future. Applicable pricing and billing terms will be disclosed in accordance with applicable requirements before a new or modified charge is imposed.
11. Termination by Fempire Noire
Fempire Noire reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access for material violations of the Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, unauthorized account sharing, unauthorized distribution of protected materials, abuse of the platform, or where required by law or payment-processing requirements.
Refund eligibility following such termination, if any, will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the termination.
12. Changes to This Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to membership services, billing practices, payment processing, business practices, or applicable requirements.
The effective date displayed above identifies the current version.
